Our Story

Stephanie was a software engineer in Seattle running on caffeine and takeout when her doctor sat her down for a frank conversation about stress, sleep, and nutrition. She was thirty-one, exhausted, and eating out eleven times a week. The doctor’s advice was simple: cook more. Stephanie’s response was characteristically systematic. She researched meal prepping like an engineering problem, mapping out workflows, testing storage methods, and timing every step. Within six months she had developed a comprehensive system that let her prepare a full week of varied, nutritious meals in just two hours on Sunday. Her colleagues at work started noticing her lunches and asking questions. She started a blog to answer them. Meal Prep Easy now reaches tens of thousands of readers who share her original challenge: wanting to eat well without letting cooking consume their already-packed lives.

Our Philosophy

Stephanie approaches meal prep as a design problem. Every system should be efficient, scalable, and — crucially — actually enjoyable to eat. She rejects the notion that healthy batch cooking has to be bland or repetitive, and she’s built her entire blog to prove it.
